When will I receive my proofs and final edited images?

Proofs are delivered within 3–5 days after your session. During peak seasons (such as graduation), this may extend to 5–10 days. Final edited images will be delivered within 7–14 business days from the time you select your images for editing. If you need them sooner, rush editing (1–3 business days) is available for an additional fee.

What’s your rescheduling policy?

You must give at least 72 hours’ notice to transfer your deposit. Otherwise, a new deposit will be required. If I’m available on your new date, there’s no charge to reschedule. However, if I need to adjust my schedule to squeeze you in, a $100 rescheduling fee will apply. Rescheduled sessions must take place within 1 month, based on my availability.

What does “Edited” mean?

Your photos will already look stunning straight out of the camera, but I enhance them further with color correction, blemish removal, stray hair cleanup, and sky replacement if needed. Please note: Body modifications are not included and are only available as part of the Premium Edits Add-On. To ensure the best results, please wear clothing that fits you well.

Do You Travel?

Yes, I travel for sessions! While Baltimore is my home base, I’m open to shooting in other cities or states. Travel outside of Baltimore may require an additional fee, depending on the location. Reach out with the details and I’ll be happy to provide a custom quote.

How many people can I bring to my shoot?

For outdoor sessions, I recommend limiting groups to 2–4 people. Larger groups can shift the focus and reduce the number of quality shots we’re able to capture, but the choice is yours! Feel free to bring the whole family if you’d like. For studio sessions, please limit guests not being photographed to 1–2 people to maintain a comfortable and efficient environment.

What is your refund and cancellation policy?

All deposits are non-refundable and act as a cancellation fee. I do not offer refunds or credits unless there’s an Act of God (natural disaster, severe illness, etc.).
