Booking

At the time of booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment date and time, with the remaining balance due in full the day before your session or the day of before we start your shoot. Deposits can be made via Zelle (loeilportraits@gmail.com) or Cash App ($Loeilphotos). Appointments made without a deposit may not be honored and are subject to cancellation. A 24-hour grace period is given to submit your deposit after setting an appointment; deposits not received within that timeframe may result in cancellation. Payment of the deposit serves as an agreement to all of L’oeil Photography’s policies. Collaborations or creative endeavors booked with no monetary gain give L’oeil Photography full rights to all photos taken, which may be used however and whenever deemed appropriate.

Payment

Sessions must be paid in full prior to the shoot date or immediately before the start of the session via Zelle (loeilportraits@gmail.com) or Cash App ($Loeilphotos). An additional $25 late fee will be applied if the client arrives more than 15 minutes late. Session end times will not be extended to accommodate client lateness.

Cancellations

Sessions will be cancelled if the client arrives 30 minutes late. All deposits are non-refundable and will serve as a cancellation fee. To transfer a deposit to a future session, a minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required. If notice is not given within this timeframe, a new deposit will be required to reschedule. Rescheduled sessions must take place within 1 month, based on the photographer’s availability. L’oeil Photography reserves the right to deny service to clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule sessions. If L’oeil Photography cannot perform this contract due to fire, casualty, act of God, illness, emergency, or any cause beyond the photographer’s control, the deposit will be returned to the client, but no further liability will apply. This also extends to instances where photographic materials are damaged, lost, or otherwise rendered unusable without fault of the photographer. In the event L’oeil Photography fails for any other reason, liability shall not exceed the total amount of all monies paid.

Image Policy

Image proofs are delivered to the client within 3–5 business days after the session. During peak seasons (such as graduation), delivery may extend to 5–10 business days. Normal turnaround time for final edited images is 5–14 business days from the date the client selects images for editing. Rush editing is available upon request for an additional fee, with delivery within 1–3 business days.
